Adalat Held in Mysore; Industrialists Assured

Kaigarika Adalat, by the Karnataka State Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), Department of Industries Commerce and Hebbal Industrialists Association (HIA) to address the problems faced by SSIs, was held in Mysore. Participating in the Adalat, Deputy Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who heard the woes of Industrialists along with Industries Minister PGR Sindhia and Labour Minister Tanveer Sait, assured the coalition government's commitment for the development of Small Scale Industries in Karnataka. The survival of SSIs in the state is critical as they provide employment to 30 lakh people. Subsidy of Rs.140 crores has been provided to this sector.
